Special Order Items

Items not regularly stocked at RS-R USA’s facility can be ordered from Japan as a special order item. Special order items must be paid in full before processing an order. If a special order item is canceled before it has shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. We are unable to cancel any orders that have shipped. All sales are final, and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. A 7.75% sales tax will apply if you are based in California, USA.

All special order items may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from RS-R USA are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through RS-R USA may result in additional charges.

Special order items are not covered under RS-R USA’s product warranty policy unless it has previously been tested by RS-R USA on USA domestic vehicles. For a list of special order items covered under warranty, please refer here.
