Founded in Osaka
Opened as car parts shop To-a in Sonezaki, Osaka — the beginning of what would become RS-R.
- 1972
Own-brand suspension begins
Started producing original suspension, coilovers, and mufflers under the company brand.

RS★R production & development
Established the dedicated RS★R sports muffler and suspension production/development department in Toyonaka.
- 1999
RS-R Co., Ltd. established
RS★R Co., Ltd. founded; head office and plant united at Imazaike, Toyonaka.

R&D department opens
Opened Development and Research Department at Head Office.

Business integration of RS★R Co., Ltd. and TMC Co., Ltd.
